Direct, inquiry-led therapy to bring unconscious patterns into the light and remove barriers to love.
I guide people through and out of unconscious patterns that cause suffering so they can live clearer, peace-filled, authentic lives. In my early thirties I woke up to reality - I stopped living by how I wished life to be and began seeing life on its own terms; that shift into radical self-responsibility and steady inquiry now shapes my clinical work. I am a graduate trainee (MA Theology - Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy, Martin Luther University College, expected June 2026) with a BA (Hons) in Religion & Culture, a Certified Facilitator of Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction/The Work of Byron Katie (since 2022), and I offer direct, warm, inquiry-driven sessions for children, teens, adults, couples, and families across grief, trauma, separation, addiction & recovery, and culturally-shaped distress. I am also the small-business owner of Lover of the Light - a practice and shop fueled by beautiful gifts from around the world.
Why Work With Me
• Direct, compassionate inquiry: I use inquiry-based stress reduction and trauma-informed psychotherapy to make unconscious patterns visible and dismantle what causes suffering.
• Practical clarity and peace: Sessions aim for concrete shifts you can feel and use in daily life — more ease, less reactivity.
• Broad, attentive care: I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families across grief, trauma, separation, addiction & recovery, and culturally shaped distress.
• Culturally attentive and nonjudgmental: Of Greek heritage — I bring awareness of culture and systems into therapy without assumptions or labels.
• Lived insight + formal training: A committed daily practice of inquiry informs my clinical work alongside MA-level training in Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy and certification in inquiry-based facilitation.
