Unpacking Motherhood - Postpartum Support Group

This postpartum support group is a welcoming and supportive space for moms navigating the first year postpartum. Held monthly, the group provides a structured yet flexible environment where moms can connect with others facing similar challenges and triumphs. Each session includes a combination of education and facilitated discussions about birth stories/trauma, healing postpartum, bounce back pressure, navigating relationships, back-to-work transitions and so much more! The group is designed to offer emotional encouragement, helpful tools, and a sense of community to help ease the transition into postpartum life.
