Supporting Therapists In Growth & Connection

At Counselling & Co., we believe that thriving therapeutic practice is built on more than knowledge; it’s rooted in connection, reflection, mentorship, and community. Just as our “village” fosters healing for clients, we create a collaborative, compassionate supervisory space that honours your growth as a therapist and supervisee.

Whether you’re a newer practitioner seeking guidance or a mid-career or seasoned clinician looking to deepen your clinical work through reflective supervision, we meet you where you are.

Why Supervision Matters

Clinical supervision isn’t just a regulatory hoop to jump through. At C&C, we believe it is an essential component of ethical, effective, and sustainable practice. Supervision supports professional quality, ethical practice, and ongoing development.

In our supervisory relationships at Counselling & Co.:

  • You’ll have a safe, respectful, non-judgmental space to reflect on your work, your therapeutic self, and the relational dynamics you bring into your practice.

  • We emphasize relational and systemic lenses, recognizing the roles of culture, identity, power, and privilege in supervision and in therapy sessions alike.

  • We support you in developing your unique therapeutic style while remaining grounded in ethical, client-centered care.

  • Through supervision, you will be better positioned to serve clients authentically while continuing to evolve as a clinician.

Meet Your Clinical Supervisor

Meghan Hamilton, RSW, MSW, MA

As a supervisor, I aim to create a space for supervisees to feel safe bringing their questions and struggles. The work we do as therapists is personal and deep and hard. I understand the vulnerability of opening up and showing your work to another for feedback or guidance. I appreciate the courage this takes. Together, we’ll gently explore your hopes and goals for clinical learning and professional growth, while staying connected to your intention to feel more confident and effective in your work with clients. This may include deepening or reshaping your theoretical lens, experimenting with new interventions, and compassionately exploring your own emotional responses, attachment history, and the ways your “self-of-the-therapist” shows up in the room.
