As the winter days stretch on, Blue Monday invites us to pause and reconnect with what brings warmth and light. Join us for a gentle lunch hour of reflection, grounding, and conversation. A moment to catch your breath, lift your spirits, and move through the season with a little more ease and care.
This session offers space to slow down, reset, and carry a sense of calm and comfort into the weeks ahead.

Camp Co. - PA Day Camp Series
Designed for children ages 7–12, our PA Day Camp series blends creativity, play, and connection — all with a therapeutic touch. Led by experienced child and family therapists, each camp day supports kids in building confidence, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing meaningful social skills within a warm, small-group environment.
Through art, movement, teamwork, and guided reflection, campers explore what it means to be calm, kind, and confident skills that stay with them long after the camp day ends.

Unpacking Motherhood - Postpartum Support Group
This postpartum support group is a welcoming and supportive space for moms navigating the first year postpartum. Held monthly, the group provides a structured yet flexible environment where moms can connect with others facing similar challenges and triumphs. Each session includes a combination of education and facilitated discussions about birth stories/trauma, healing postpartum, bounce back pressure, navigating relationships, back-to-work transitions and so much more! The group is designed to offer emotional encouragement, helpful tools, and a sense of community to help ease the transition into postpartum life.
