This is a valued resource here at Counselling & Co., where we offer financially accessible and professional counselling services led by our exceptional Master level trained intern therapists. We understand the importance of affordable mental health care for individuals, couples and families who face financial barriers, and we are committed to helping make meaningful support more accessible when it’s needed most.

Quality Care within our Affordable Therapy Program
Our Affordable Therapy Program is designed to help reduce financial barriers and support clients in maintaining a consistent and sustainable therapy schedule.
Each of our intern therapists is carefully selected and supported as they continue their clinical training. We value the thoughtfulness, dedication, and fresh perspectives they bring to their work with clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
Our interns participate in weekly individual and group supervision with experienced, licensed clinicians to help ensure a high standard of care throughout your time in the program.
Getting Started
Reach out anytime, and our team will help connect you with an available therapist for a free Meet & Greet. This is a chance to explore fit, ask questions, and consider whether the therapist feels aligned with your goals and needs.
When there is immediate availability, clients are often able to begin soon after the Meet & Greet. At times, there may be a short wait before a reduced-fee space becomes available. In those cases, we will talk with you about next steps and whether joining a waitlist feels like the right option.
The length of time clients can access reduced-rate sessions depends on the therapist’s availability and stage of training. In many cases, this support is available for approximately 5 to 8 months.
